私は２ヵ月後の帰国に向けて少しソワソワしてます。
ミラベルって確かに見かけないです、色からしてビワみたいなものなのかな？
もしくはプルーニャ？

イタリアのお正月はザンポーネ（豚の足にお肉等をつめたサラミ）とレンズ豆の煮込みを食べるところが多いみたい。
レンズ豆はコインに煮てて、これを食べるとお金持ちになれるからとか。日本の御節料理みたいだよね。
でも、ザンポーネは豚の足そのままで、なかなかグロテスクです。
私も学校で使った依頼食べてないし、調理もしたことないな～。
今年もよろしくね。
